They have total control of the city of Nuevo Laredo, its main base which is capital city for them. They are said to have an operational presence in the United States, Guatemala, Honduras and Colombia. In the latter, it is highly believed that they stop the cocaine purchasing business from Los Zetas, after their disappearance as a criminal group.

The CDN Incident
A group of masked individuals recently made headlines by subduing a person associated with “La Línea,” a rival organization. This incident was accompanied by a neon orange sign warning other infiltrators of similar fates and declaring Zacatecas as CDN territory.
The perpetrators wore tactical vests with the inscription “Operative CDN Zacatecas.” images were released on June 22 and initial reports from police suggest that the victim identity is unknown and he can be an alleged infiltrator in the criminal group.
A video released alongside the images issued threats to other major cartels, including the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), the Sinaloa Cartel, and the Gulf Cartel. In front of the victim lay a neon orange cardboard sign with a chilling message:
“Keep sending more infiltrated people… they will end up like this scourge. Zacatecas is CDN territory.”
